We all remember the reactions of the glitterati, Hollywood, the African-American community and the main stream media to the government’s response to Hurricane Katrina in 2005. Hardest hit was New Orleans, Louisiana with a population that is 67% African-American.
In the video above, singer Kanye West famously said on national television that “George Bush doesn’t care about black people.” Although there was quite a bit of criticism aimed at West for his remark, the Left and its enablers just chuckled and let it ride.
Now, Bush’s successor, President Barack Obama is denying individual aid to residents of Connecticut who suffered devastating losses to due huge storms twice in March.
Connecticut is a state with a population that is 84% white, far greater than the percentage of New Orleans’ blacks.
One can only conclude that Barack Obama doesn’t care about white people.
